STEPHEROES INC., doing business as “WalkStars”, with its principal place of business at 12 Woodhaven court, St. Thomas, Ontario N5P 3Z3 (“WalkStars”). All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Official Rules mean WalkStars.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The WalkStars Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of WalkStars, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The entry period for each prize draw is specific to that prize and will be clearly stated on the prize screen within the WalkStars mobile application (“App”). Entries must be submitted during the stated period for that prize to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes by earning tickets in one of the following ways:

• Walking: Physical steps tracked by the App’s integrated step counter will earn you tickets.
• Alternate Method – Shake: Without walking, you may shake your phone to simulate steps; simulated steps also generate tickets.

Once tickets are earned, they can be spent within the App to enter prize draws. You may allocate anywhere from one (1) ticket to an unlimited number of tickets toward any prize draw. All tickets submitted are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.

5. No Entry Limit

There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may submit for any given prize draw, as long as sufficient tickets are available in the entrant’s account.

6. Prizes

Full prize details, including descriptions and approximate retail values (ARVs), are listed on each prize’s entry page in the App. All prizes are purchased and provided by WalkStars, unless mentioned otherwise. Prizes are non‑transferable and no substitutions are allowed except at WalkStars’ discretion if a prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable prize draw.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for each prize, conducted by WalkStars within thirty (30) days after the prize’s entry period ends. Winners will be notified via the App and/or the contact information linked to their account. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days, the prize will be forfeited.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for WalkStars to use their name, and city/country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.

10. General Conditions

WalkStars reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the App. WalkStars may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in a disruptive manner.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless WalkStars, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or action of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all disputes will be governed by the laws and heard exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction of WalkStars’ principal place of business, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy

Participant information is collected in accordance with WalkStars’ Privacy Policy, available here. This includes how your information is collected, used, stored, and your rights to access and correct it.

14. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by WalkStars, unless otherwise mentioned. Prizes are purchased and provided by WalkStars, unless otherwise mentioned.

15. Apple Disclaimer

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of or participant in this Sweepstakes. Apple’s name, trademarks, and other intellectual property may not be used without permission.
